Cake Icing Day…!

What a tremendous job my friend has done….we have some more tweaking to do and arranging of them in the hotel but we are very pleased with our efforts so far..I will take a better picture of each cake when they are in situ!!
This is a before and after…they did very well in the freezer and thawed out very well in the kitchen..
