Dunking

I went for a post-work dip at Shandwick Beach today. I've photographed the waves a few times this year. HereHere. And here. For example. This time, I've managed to make what were in fact tiny waves look as if they were a bit more significant. In fact, once out beyond these very small breakers, there was almost no discernible swell. It was therefore a perfect evening for a decent swim, and we swam towards the rocks on the left hand side of the beach and back again. I feel like I gave my arms a bit of a workout.

Earlier, I did a peloton workout, had a number of online meetings, progressed some correspondence, and was gobsmacked by some data that paints a truly terrible picture. Cue another nagging email. Only a couple of reactions, and both of these shared my horror at the data.
