Bridge Over The River Tame

We started out with a delicious cooked breakfast in the BK - David cooked eggs and Cumberland sausages with the unconventional addition of broccolini because we didn’t have any mushrooms!

It was turning out to be a lovely sunny day, so we set out on another hike across the Water Meadows to a pub (the Royal Oak) for a drink - Aperol and Soda for me, a Stella for David. Very refreshing.

Back to the campsite for a rest and to plan the next part of our trip as we are sadly leaving here tomorrow. This is an excellent campsite - our pitch is right next to the excellent hot water showers and all very nicely maintained.

I had a nice quiet evening by myself while David went out to watch England play in the European Cup football in the pub with Kevin.
