Relaxing after dinner at our campsite at Hudson’s Field. David served us with a delicious Chateaubriand - a special cut of beef and all the accompaniments- asparagus, and other vegetables - all on a tiny camper van cooker! The amazing “Ridge Monkey” (a special kind of very versatile pan specifically designed for camping) helped him juggle all the various items.
