Sul y Tadau (Mawr)

Sul y Tadau (Mawr) ~ A (Grand) Father’s Day

“Some people feel that spiritual training, in order to be worthwhile, should be something exotic, secret, or special. If you are one of those, you will be disappointed, because training has to do with your immediate day-to-day life situation—the way you live each day as an ordinary person.”
― Rob Nairn, (14 Rob Nairn, ‘Stripping Away Masks’, Living, Dreaming, Dying, Shambhala, 2004, p. 208)

Rydyn ni wedi cael tipyn bach o ddathlu Sul y Tadau heddiw. Daeth Richard, Steph a'i blant yn rown i ymweld ni (wel, fi, am wn i). Prynodd Daniel Lego Camera i fi a (er mawr syndod i bawb) fe'i hadeiladais ar unwaith. Roedd Zoe wedi cael hwyl 'tynnu lluniau' gyda'r camera. Yn wir, roedd diwrnod hwyl i bawb. Roedd y tywydd yn sych (y rhan fwyaf o'r amser) ac roeddwn ni 'n gallu eistedd ar y 'patio uchel' am sbel hefyd. Yfory byddan ni'n mynd allan i ddathlu Sul y Tadau eto.

We've had a little Father's Day celebration today. Richard, Steph and his children came round to visit us (well, me, I suppose). Daniel bought me a Lego Camera and (to everyone's surprise) I built it right away. Zoe had fun 'taking pictures' with the camera. Indeed, a fun day was had by all. The weather was dry (most of the time) and we were able to sit on the 'high patio' for a while too. Tomorrow we will go out to celebrate Father's Day again.
