Poppies

I came across this poppy field locally and so stopped for some photos, sadly it wasn't sunny so I've not included the flat grey sky.  The white flowers behind are ox-eye daisies.

I've added a few extras, one of which is an Intentional Camera Movement shot of the same scene as above.  The wild flowers this year seem to have been way more abundant than normal...perhaps a result of all the rain.  It's been a change to have a dry day today, and some sunshine this morning.

This morning I went along to the local Library to watch a film about Georgian Holt presented by the Holt Society.  Then M and I met our friends J & P for lunch in Weybourne.  Very enjoyable it was too.
