New Town houses

Given there has been so much cold weather, grey weather and rain, it was a bit magical to sit outside The Cumberland Bar this evening in a bit of sunshine, with some colleagues. I wouldn't say it was exactly warm, but it was bearable, and that's at least something.

Earlier on, I met up with HK, whom I hadn't seen for quite some time. That was great. I am looking forward to her book launch in the early autumn. The rest of the day went smoothly. Nothing tricky, and some preparation time for tomorrow.

I'm generally feeling recovered from Monday's nonsense long day, but more  or less ready for Tain again at the weekend. I'm taking Friday off, and going for a Migdale swim on Friday afternoon with L and M. Yay!
