Wedding Anniversary

Quite a nostalgic week with D-Day, 100 years since my mam was born (she sadly died in 1998) and today was the 80th wedding anniversary of when my parents married.  I posted a photo of them getting married a few years ago.

The photo today shows my parents on honeymoon.  They went to stay with my dad's auntie at Coldstream in the Scottish Borders.  All too soon the honeymoon would be over and my dad would return to sea.
