Nancy

After a reasonably relaxed start we wended our way to Nancy, en route for Langres. Hadn’t intended to go there but Google informed us it had a huge central Square,  Place Stanislas which is a UNESCO protected site. It is indeed truly spectacular and we had lunch at a cafe there but the centre had lots of things to spoil the photography, displays of sporting equipment etc. 
We walked back through a park with a beautiful rose garden and free range peacocks. When I saw this one it looked at me for a moment and obviously spotting my camera threw up this cloud of white stars and said  “ Be quick , I’m not giving you another chance” 
And it didn’t.
