Port of Ness

Today we ventured even further north to the Butt of Lewis lighthouse and the Port of Ness harbour. It was so windy and quite wet.

From here to see the Truishal standing stone - at approx 6 metres tall it is said to be the tallest standing stone in Scotland.

We returned to Stornoway for a spot of shopping and had delicious lunch at  An Lanntair centre - a hub for creativity and the arts.
