Giant Alliums.

The Feast Day of Saint Landry of Paris. 650. He was Bishop of Paris. He did a lot to help the poor and the sick people in Paris. He built the first major hospital in Paris.

Today is cloudy but not rainy. It is 18.5c indoors without the heating on.

I have listened to Mass from Ireland and then got the washing put out on the line. There is a decent breeze.

I had a good walk and was reminiscing about my second cousin Rosemary, who had her funeral today in Feltham in Middlesex. She was a lovely person and in her late eighties.

The Giant Alliums in the blip were in someone's front garden, near the pavement and so impressive. Mine are much smaller but the same colour.

Paul has trimmed the trellisses and started digging up the top layer of lawn turf where we are hoping to extend the planted area.

I transplanted lettuce and rocket seedlings into a bigger planter and they will remain in the greenhouse until they are more established and stronger.

Have a good Monday, stay safe and thank you for visiting my site blip friends.

Steps 6460.
