Paul putting up the expanding willow trellises

The Feast Day of Saint Columba of Iona. Patron of poets bookbinders, relief from floods, Ireland and Scotland. 521- 597.
The 10th Sunday in Ordindary Time.

I must be honest and say I composed this collage yesterday afternoon, when the weather was being kind to us and it was warm and sunny.
This morning soon after I had done my tasks and topped up the bird feeders, down came the torrential rain. It has turned cold, 17c and it is windy. It might be better in the afternoon.

Paul plans to dig up a piece of the lawn near the new trelisses so that we can extend the planted area.
We are also removing big pebbles at the far end of the garden to plant a few perennials and shrubs.
Have a lovely Sunday, take care and thank you for visiting my site today.
