Milking it

On our recent holiday in the Lake District we were amused to be served milk for our coffees in miniature milk churns at Slates café at Maple Tree Corner, Elterwater.

We mentioned it to our son and daughter-in-law, who saw some similar ones for sale in the Apple Pie Bakery in Ambleside, and they bought two for us as a gift. 

So here you have one of the two little posies that are gracing my kitchen windowsill at the moment, containing flowers from the garden.
