Lizard Point Lighthouse………

……….at the most southerly point of the British Isles.
Another glorious day, albeit with a stiff breeze at times.
The hedgerows and cliffs are a joy around here at this time of year with a wonderful abundance of wild flowers. The Lizard Peninsula is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with hidden coves and miles of the SW Coastal path, which we have very much enjoyed over the years. We spent some time watching 4 seals in the water below the most Southerly Café, which itself is set on a narrow rocky promontory jutting out into the water below. There are often seals just around there.
At the moment I am behind with your blips, so Thankyou if you have commented on mine.
Last day here tomorrow!
We have had a really good week for weather, with the exception of Wednesday. Tomorrow looks like it will be another lovely day.
