A Quieter Day in Salisbury

Quieter day today - relaxing morning apart from a short BG Coffee finance update for yesterday’s business which was good for a Thursday. Then we awaited our friends Tony and Sue, who were picking us up for a lunch at a pub in Upper Woodford - beautiful setting on the banks of the same River Avon that flows into Salisbury and featured in past blips. Another catch up with them just before they head out to Spain to catch some better weather. And here we are escaping from 40 degree plus heat by coming to the UK. Though last week it was tornado warnings and storms with 600,000 people losing their electricity for a day or 2 in Dallas/Fort Worth. The rest of the day featured a nap and very little to eat for a change. We even had good enough internet to stream the Champions League final. That is just me watching that!
