Another Bird On My Nuts!

I only popped out for an hour to get some packed sandwiches from the supermarket ready for our early morning departure for mediterannean sunshine as it's loads cheaper than buying at the airport.

Since I put sunflower seeds in the bird feeder, word has spread through the bird community and we are being visited by loads more. Last night a woodpecker turned up but it was back this afternoon and I was ready with my camera to get another blipfoto from my sofa!  It looks like a young woodpecker from the size but gorgeous colours much like the goldfinch yesterday.
