That’s more like it

A much better day. A&M played on the beach in their pj’s, Max searching for the biggest crab he could find, Anya creating a mini rock pool in a bucket.
We packed up, made a picnic and walked up to Coire Fhionn Lochan, a lovely walk with amazing views and a little loch at the top (extras)
It was very windy at the top so a quick lunch stop & we rushed back down to shelter!
Found a favourite spot to park up for the night and thankfully no midges & dry weather. Pizzas on the ridge monkey for tea & then Andrew made a brilliant fire, which we even managed to cook burgers on before the obligatory marshmallow toasting. It stays light here much later so it was 11pm before the kids were in bed!
