1-2-1 No. 2

It was The Youngest's turn this evening for some one-to-one father/daughter time.

She's definitely my daughter as when given the choice of anything to do this evening, she picked junk food and a movie and cuddles. We do have a rule in our house that if rubbish food is going to be eaten, we have to walk into town to get it, which is exactly what we did and it was lovely.

In between dodging the midgies, woken from their slumber by a recent burst of rain, we walked along the river holding hands and chatting away about every thing and nothing.

Post junk food, we waddled home and enjoyed a viewing of Kung Fu Panda 4 - I almost stayed awake through the whole thing! - some popcorn and a snuggle (pictured here).

I am a very lucky man.
