1-2-1 No.3

I made a rare foray into the office today. 

With the business sale on the point of completion, I needed to collect some new toys (laptop and phone). Whilst sorting out the existing laptop bag, I found these three beers in there! They'd been bought on a trip down to Guildford a week ago and only one of them had not made it home. It was a nice start to the day as the thought of the trip (it had been a really good one) had made me smile and feel grateful. Never had a second chance at something special before.

Unfortunately, a trip to the office soon put paid to those warm feelings and I quickly came home as nothing would connect to the office network, but worked fine at mine!

Early evening arrived as did m'boy for the last of this week's 1-2-1 sessions. We discussed tea, for which he requested some wraps, so we headed into town for some nice food from M&S and like last night with the youngest, we chatted away as we walked and discussed weekend plans (they're with their mum).

Tea was delicious and afterwards with the choice to do anything, m'boy was simply happy to do some gaming, but wanted to be in the same room as me. There was a lot of excitement over a Battle Royale victory (?)

Another lovely evening spent in the company of the middle offspring.

I'm still lucky.
