Back to work after a peaceful bank holiday.

A busy day, a lot of immovable deadlines are rapidly approaching.

We launched our training programme for future leaders today and we had some really positive feedback from it. Today was just the induction module, the proof in the pudding will be when we get to the delivery stage at the end of June. With my team though, we'll blow it away.

The rain returned today and it hasn't stopped all day.

Today I am thankful for:
