3437. Failed again!

My hearing aids have failed…yet again….only a month after I was assured that they would be fine…I’m so fed up with them and I cannot manage without them.  I have an older pair that I can use but I am going to read the riot act to Boots tomorrow as they promised me that if the same fault happened again, I would get brand new hearing aids plus a loan pair until they arrived…I hope they haven't forgotten what was said!
