Standing beneath a sky like this makes it very hard to do anything but feel joyful. I stood with a great grin on my face for a long time, until the light was almost gone. I'm glad I found time to grab a few photos. It's a shame about the powerlines, although they give the picture an interesting bit of structure.

Thank you for your continued concern for my hamstring pain. It has been a better day and I am hopeful that tomorrow will be likewise. 

I am still on the lightest of duties and I decided to make an impromptu cheese this morning. (For most of my life that's not something I ever thought I'd say!) It is a Farmhouse Cheddar Blue and is now in the press overnight.
