Sunny Saturday!

What a great way to start the day with a swim around a lake...well it is when it's 18 degrees and sunny. I loved my swim this morning. The lake I swim in is used for wake boarding as well. I've never tried it but think I might have a go during the summer holidays. This is one of the jumps which is making a nice resting place for these gulls.

I hurt my toe today at work. I banged it on one of the diving bricks which was left on the poolside. It really hurt. It's still hurting now and Im doing Race for Life tomorrow, hope it gets better by the morning.

Had a lovely surprise when I got home from work....I've had a holiday booked for me. I'm off to Dubai in October. I love having something to look forward to.

Finished the evening off with a nice BBQ.

Looking forward to tomorrow. I think it will be a lovely day :)
