I Did This For You x x x

I did my 5k Race for Life today and boy was it hot. I was really pleased with myself as I never stopped running. I didn't have anyone come to support me but I know those who I was doing it for would be with me all the way.

I'm going to do another challenge in September for cancer research. It's a 5k obstacle course. I think it will be fun.

Came home and had a swim in the pool and I really needed it.

Of course I watched Murray as well. What a win. I really thought he could do it. What a genius.

My friend came with a bottle of wine...I'm a bit worse for wear now.....what a great day.
