W-I-D-E Wednesday - The Light

Having got rid of all the old net curtains it was certainly lighter indoors through the new replacement windows. However, I’ve had to leave the front curtains drawn shut to stop people looking in from the pavement until I can get some venetian blinds fitted.

It’s been a day of sunshine and showers while I’ve been visiting my sister, but luckily when I got home the sun came out for a while allowing me to catch the afternoon light through the foliage growing on the archway that leads to the secret garden. Of course, the light is all important when it comes to taking a photograph, and too much or too little can make or break an image.
