Croydon Tramlink at East Croydon Station

One of the crop of 90s Tram systems in the UK, Croydon Tramlink opened in 2000.

It has been operated since 2008 by TfL and links with National Rail at seven station and the Underground at Wimbledon.

It has four routes, running on a mixture of street track, dedicated track on roads and off street lines.

There is work going on to evaluate several options for extension.
