Chairs

Kitchen remodel is moving ahead apace and we paid the first instalment today (ouch!).  I'm telling myself it will all be ok but it is a BIG project and will mean some upheaval.  We bought the chairs and footstool to fill a space but they hardly get sat in and will not be needed when we move the dining table so I put them on FB market place.  I had an interested buyer within minutes but it was quickly revealed to be a scam - bloody people why don't they just put their energy and efforts into something legitimate?

The day was fairly pedestrian with appointment for nails then coffee with S&J who mopped up my tears again.  Good friends through thick and thin.  We visited J's new patio and I came away with a business card of the contractor as we might be calling on him for new compost bins and garden project later in the year?

No.1 had a call with her work and HR and it appears they are now working with an external Occupational Health provider to assess needs in advance of hopeful return to work.  Scary and not sure it is the right time but we will see how it progresses.
