Eildons

Today I joined Fiona and two of her pals, Lynn and Yvonne, plus our dogs, to walk up the Eildon Hills from Melrose. A lovely varied walk, from these gorse clad lower slopes ringing with birdsong, to the heathery summits of the old volcanoes and down through some beautiful woodland. The views were amazing, 360 degrees of Borders scenery. The dogs and humans all had a wonderful day.
