Tin Tabernacles of 2024 #10 and #11

The main is the magnificent Dulnain Bridge Church Hall currently on sale by the Church of Scotland for £60K. It dates from 1912 and  was most recently  used as a snooker club. It isn't a listed building and I expect it'll be snapped up. The extra is the missing Tomatin tin church, now a swish holiday home. While I can see that it would be a great place for a holiday (it's in a beautiful spot by the River Findhorn) I much prefer the authenticity of the church hall. 

We had to leave our lovely holiday cottage this morning. Two mornings running when I've taken Flora out the railway swing bridge has opened to let boats through on to or out of the canal. It's always a great sight. 

We had intended to stop in Newtonmore to see the tin buildings at the Highland Folk Museum but I've decided to go later in the year. I can get a bus there and I'll enjoy the outing.  I seem to have brewed up a cold and I was keen to get home. It's nice to be back. Blips will revert to something less corrugated for a while!
