La Sagrada Familia

I had a bad night’s sleep (not the comfiest of beds) but I wanted to make the most of my time in Barcelona (and the lovely weather) so I headed off to explore the city in the morning, while waiting for son no 3 to join me.
Once we were back together, we had lunch in El Corte Ingles (Spanish John Lewis) on my sister’s recommendation. The food was excellent and the views over the city even better.
Son no 3 helped me pick up my luggage and get on the train to Valencia in the early evening. It was great to spend time with him. Good to be back in our flat (if a bit strange and missing Mr P) however it’s also the noisiest night of the week. I’ll need my earplugs tonight!
