Joe

I said my tearful goodbyes to Suzie and Vito this morning after breakfast and made my way to Barcelona to meet up with son no 3 (Joe).
Smooth journey and good news from the hospital about Jean. Things looking more positive. I also got my first ever Wordle on a first attempt and saw hundreds of beautiful flamingos from the train (just outside Narbonne). I met Joe at the station and after dropping off my bags at the Airbnb (average at best) we climbed up Montjuic. The views from the top over Barcelona were excellent and the parks are beautiful. We had planned to get the cable car down but missed the last one so had to walk/use the Metro instead. We then had a very good (and unusually for Barcelona reasonably priced) tapas meal. It was recommended by our Airbnb host. Joe off to party with his friends. Meeting up again tomorrow before I head to Valencia.
