Mixed Bag

Macular Clinic & Injection Day, made easy by Mrs S coming straight of night shift and accompanying me so as to drive home, it prevented the hassle with buses.
I’m back to a steroid injection which means that at some point I’ll need to have the cataract that will develop due to the steroid(s) removed.
As a thank you to Mrs S we stopped for breakfast at the way home, the Cornish Barista overlooks Halvasso Quarry and the adventure park, zip wires, climbing, canoeing etc.
we arrived home in time for coffee and a sit down for me, bed and much needed sleep for Mrs S.
I coxed the Epic Evening Row, this row is not about training so much, more pleasure, as the sun strengthens so we shall row to a destination for coffee. I am enjoying the coxing more than I thought I would, it’s been a while and it quickly comes back + these days there are a multitude of apps to help.
