Notes: Very warm overnight, I kept the windows open but was still 77 in here first thing. Very windy much of the day, but didn't cool down much w/ warm air. Started the day w/ qigong and yoga - neck and more stiff from looking up at the sky for so long last night. Coffee and online a bit. Drizzle came in earlier than expected and then turned to heavy rain - had rain on the floor coming in from all directions except east. I lit the candle, put on some jazz and made a batch of keto pound cake muffins, this time w/ lemon essential oil. Also juiced another batch of celery. Had tuna salad on romaine for a bit earlier meal. Rain stopped and felt cooler for a bit and then sun came out and got hot. Took a shower ~3p then did a meditation and dozed for a bit. Feeling a bit out of it since the rain ended. Watched a video and online until 6p. Streamed shows, took a 2nd LDN dose before bed to see if I would sleep better.
