I felt very blah and unsettled today. Consequently or possibly caused by, a series of small events recently that were, and continue to be, a source of annoyance and ill humour.  Hey ho. This too shall pass and indeed it did for a while tonight, when there were five of us for family dinner. Later in the evening, I retreated to my craft room for art therapy guaranteed to occupy my mind and stop overthinking. It worked too, cos suddenly, it was 01.15 and although this little piece isn't finished, I most certainly was. At least, for today.
