Easter Sunday

Bro on his beloved Vespa, which is garaged at my place,  setting off this morning for a gathering of like minded souls in Walton-on-the-Naze. 

It really was perfect weather - glorious warm sunshine all day long and I spent much of the afternoon in the garden, with bro too, once he got back from his ride.  He gave the grass its first cut - badly needed but impossible with all the recent rain, until today. Garden is transformed. Thanks bro. Tortie was out and about, I've never seen her so lively - even the guinea pig was squeaking in her garden run, and so the afternoon passed together in the sun. 

Not long after 6pm we were joined by Maddy, JJ, William and Charlie, for a pot luck tea. Harry (Maddy's b/f) was with us within the hour so it was truly family time.
