Pecan, walnuts, chia, banana, cranberries, yoghurt

The fact that I photographed my breakfast and  am using it for today's Blip  says volumes about 10th April 2024, or at least my version of it. Weather was so cold, and there was no sun. Walking the dog was no fun. A long (one hour plus) video call with mbfiatw Jean this afternoon was good, even if not all our news was. Talking of which, bro called for a cuppa after work and turned on the TV to watch the News. Nothing but doom and gloom and scaremongering. I realize my mood is still governed by recent annoyances - but grey and bad news days don't help!
