This isn’t what I had in mind to blip but rain stopped play again so it seems appropriate.

According to the weather experts the rain was going to stop late afternoon giving a dry and sunny evening. It did stop and surfaces were drying. I had a very early meal and got dressed for a walk. I had a few small hills in mind. Stepped out of the door and it was horrid.

There was another heavy shower when I arrived in Windermere so I abandoned my plans to go uphill and had a wander around Bowness.
