Formentera Fun
We were up and out to catch the ferry to the sister island, Formentera! We took the car so we'd have options, despite not all fitting in.
The ferry was fun, except when Jack dramatically caught his finger in a door - we wondered if it was broken for a while but I think it's not, thankfully.
Danny drove half the group to the end of Ses Illetes whilst Asha, Sammy and I walked part of the way and got picked up along the route. The kids spent the day in the sea and searching the rock pools for life and treasure.
It's been odd weather, the sky has been full of the Saharan dust we've had the past few days. Es Vedrà was just a ghostly outline on the horizon (you can just make it out in my blip).
Eventually home on the ferry, all tired and very sandy. Showers, dinner and now bed. My 2 have school tomorrow!
Today I'm grateful for;
1) The kids loving being in the sea - it was such a spectacular turquoise today, despite the grey sky.
2) Jack's finger seeming OK by the end of the day.
3) Danny creating a fantastic picnic.
