Waiting for Ben

Yesterday's win is
today's problem! Leo learnt 
"Paw" and forgot "Sit"!

Mixed and busy day.  Ben woke at 5:10am and came to tell me that he didn't want to get up.  What a pointless exchange.  Then he got me at 5:25am to say he did want to get up.  There's no peace here :-/ I had a coffee morning at Ben's school that I had an obligation to go to as governor,  so I was chasing about taking Ben to school and Leo back and forth.  It was a useful review of social care involvement and confirmed (if that was needed) that our social worker should have been in touch by now.  School have chased her today as well.  Fingers crossed.
I made some salad and did some other governor stuff then fetched Ben (who was quite calm) and the photo was Leo (in our very dirty car!) waiting nicely.  He's been barking at the other children through the closed windows recently so it was good to see him waiting patiently!  I had a governor meeting at 4pm that went on for a few hours but I'm always pleased to have participated once it's over!  Mr KCNQ2Haiku's mum has been here so that's been a help and now it's time for a glass of wine :-)
Oh.. and the haiku is related to the fact that Mr KCNQ2Haiku taught Leo to put out his paw yesterday, it's super cute.. but it seems that as a result he's unlearnt the "sit" cue.  Whoops! So we're back to basics with 'sit' but hoping it all comes together soon!!
