Still full on days so I'm posting yesterday's blip late.  I was Run Directing at Parkrun this morning and I think we had all four seasons weather during setup and run.  We were pleased to welcome folks from the local menopause support group to join us to walk and thankfully that was in the sunshine.  

I visited Bob in the afternoon and his temperature has been spiking again.  It's difficult to know what is Covid and what is whatever knocked him for six in the first place, but at least he is in the right place and being very well looked after.  It's giving us lots of time for a catch up.  

Jenny left today too and we now look forward to travelling north in the summer to spend a few days with them.
