Spring...

I picked Eben and Luca up from Carfield at 3.20: a new Monday routine for us all. Luca was cheery but tired out, and got cross with me when I offered to click in his seatbelt for him, in the car. Eben immediately stepped in and offered to do it, which calmed Luca down and restored his good humour. I was so grateful! Today's image is from the magnolia tree in their garden: stellata, the starry one.
Later I took E to his drum lesson. Sitting outside the room, I really enjoyed hearing a decent rendition of Green Day's 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams' shaping up, E playing along confidently to a YouTube track.
