Notes: Woke and up 630a-ish - so nice to just get up. Saw that drizzle moving in already (with a couple days of rain in the forecast ahead) so went out to my my car where it could get rinsed off a bit. Wayne was out having a cigarette and waiting to hear from his buddy about golfing - chatted with him a bit. Qigong and yoga then, had the "fireplace" going a bit and the heater on it running some to take the chill off. Quiet day, didn't feel compelled to undertake much and the few things I thought of, didn't seem too pertinent. I did fix the rest of the cauliflower (grated some to freeze and made the rest to roast w/ EVOO, lemon, garlic and salt - came out wonderful. Mom called with encouragement and was much more open and vulnerable than usual - which was nice. Roasted the cauli and heated w/ the remaining turkey meatloaf I'd made awhile back and had another arugula salad w/ pear & walnuts to go with. Whipped up a batch of coco whipped cream tho it didn't stiffen up much - still tasty over blackberries and raspberries. Lovely day of all gray, off and on drizzle and all-out rain - had the candle going some, just the kind of day I love and haven't had much of lately (and haven't been able to appreciate). Great heavy rain much of the evening into night - such a wonderful day of gray, rain, peace, candles, music ...
