Yes, it's Jess again, waiting for me to come home from work :-)

It was SO busy at the cafe! But I like it that way. The kitchen did well to keep up with  all the orders for cooked food, as well as producing a Pancake Special, two new cakes (one vegan, one gluten free) and some heart-shaped Empire biscuits and Jammy Dodgers..I had some minestrone soup when I finished at 2pm, and very nice it was too.

Just made pancakes myself for tea, with banana, blueberries and maple syrup.
