Cheering

I love donkeys and so it is always lovely when my walk takes me past Farmersfield Rescue home for Elderly Donkeys (FRED) near Dunscore. Even better when I get to pet one :-). This is Patsy, whose mum Lizzie arrived at FRED just before Christmas 2023, pregnant and with multiple health problems. Patsy was born in May last year.

I had been up in Dunscore to do a litter pick. There was a good turnout of folk today. I paired up with Lee and we had a good chat while picking up cans,
bottles and other assorted trash.

I walked 6 miles and then had some more exercise in the garden after lunch. How did I ever find time for work??
