Coltach ris an Trì-chòmhla

A triptych of sorts - the sionnach (fox) being the latest addition to the gràineag (hedgehog) and  gnomes.  A future project is to one with a taghan (pine martin) which will replace the gnomes who will then be brought out for Christmas. 

This afternoon I was having another go at one stroke painting at my u3a craft group. There was some improvement from last time but I don't think it is my forte. 

I also continued working on a short talk I will be giving to the u3a history circle at the end of the month on Gaelic in Perthshire.  I'm going to focus on folk tales of which there are many including this one on how Aberfeldy got its name.
