Went to upholstery as usual - coir , calico and then sheeted sheep's wool on the chair seat. Left early and drove over to Dad’s. Had a brief panic that I’d forgotten everything from the fridge but all was well. Got everything prepped on time, Dad collected his friend Joyce and Pat and Brian came round from next door. Dad is the oldest at 95 but definitely the most mobile and in the best health. The afternoon tea was well received and C was well enough for G to come for about 90 minutes. Only problem was that I forgot about taking a photo so here is my take-home piece of the coconut cake that Dad made. Dropped off some birthday cake at J’s on the way home. He is a lot better.
