Sunday: Gulf Of Mexico

We left Lauderdale-By-The-Sea relatively early to drive down to the Keys, specifically Key Largo.  Parts of it were fairly frustrating as there were so many traffic lights, all on red.  It’s like a maths problem: if Booky and K sit at 60 traffic lights for a minute each time, how much time does this add to their journey?

Anyway, we’re staying at a lovely place just outside Key Largo.  I used to be really obsessed with Humphrey Bogart so think that’s why it’s always been on my radar. Dinner at a lovely restaurant where we sat by the water.  It was chilly but we refused to be deterred.
