Saturday: The San Ignacio Bridge

We’d heard that the San Ignacio market was worth a visit so we decided to check it out this morning. It was colourful, vibrant and definitely worth visiting.  We picked up a good load of vegetables, together with some watermelon juice.

We drove through the centre of San Ignacio and found a….wait for it…….bookshop! Oh my goodness, we were beside ourselves.  It was secondhand with a really interesting selection.  I suspect that it’s tourists swapping things back and forth. We’ve picked up a couple of things and will take some of ours down.

This is the main bridge in San Ignacio.  I think it’s magnificent.
