Lasagne

Today is Izzy's 29th birthday but she is in The Ukraine, so I couldn't celebrate with her. (Maybe next year, if she's still there.) But she did chat to me during the day, telling me what she was up to. 

I still felt like doing something special, though, so I decided to make a lasagne, which is a particular fave of the Minx's.  We took a stroll down to the butcher's, had a little mooch through town, and then popped up to Booths for the rest of the ingredients. 

And it turned out well. A little burnt on top, I'll grant you but otherwise delicious!
