Peace

I had a couple of opportunities to take great photos, today.

The first was whilst I was out running along the Irwell with Milly. Coming along the river from Kearsley, where the Minx dropped us off, I should have taken a photo of the Clifton Aqueduct. 

The second, and better opportunity, would have been at Rudi's where Charlie, Hannah, Milly, Abi, the Minx, and I all gathered for a celebration of Izzy's birthday, yesterday.

In both cases, though, I was just too busy doing what I was doing. And that's fine. 

Instead, you get a big ol' peace sign from the gallery leading to The Everyman, where, ironically, we were going to watch 'Saving Private Ryan'. Great film*, but Lord it is relentless!

*Apart from the closing scene, with the aged Private Ryan. Spielberg should have asked Aaron Sorkin to write that.
